From our beginning as a Bottle Club in the 1940’s, beverages have been an integral part of the Beacon Club dining experience. Today we’re commonly referred to as the home of the best cocktail in town. And it’s a well known fact that members and guests alike have been known to drive miles just to enjoy one of our famous ice cream drinks, first introduced in 1972!
We’re also passionate about wine, and have demystified our wine list by offering every wine by the glass in three sizes, as well as by the bottle. Our cellar contains very carefully selected wines in limited production, including several gold and double award winners from Stryker.
And for our members who are just as passionate as we are about wine, we recommend joining our Wine Club which offers specials and events throughout the year.
The Beacon Club menu reflects the wide range of our members’ preferences – Our Small Plates menu offers a variety of tastes and flavors. For robust sandwiches and hearty salads try the Grill Menu, served from 3:00pm.
The club’s Dinner Menu reflects Chef Ian Frost’s classical training at the Cordon Bleu in London, England. Entrees may be ordered with a contemporary presentation or in a more traditional manner. And don’t be surprised to see the chef in the various dining rooms, visiting members and discussing ideas to make your Beacon Club meal and membership even more satisfying!
