Reciprocal privileges at fine private clubs have been established for member use when traveling for business or leisure. Please call us to request a letter of introduction prior to your arrival at the reciprocal club. We appreciate three days advance notice.

- Can I visit a reciprocal club unannounced?
The host club may then ask for a letter or introduction which we will provide no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- What is a letter of introduction?
It is a letter, fax or e-mail sent by us verifying that you are a Beacon Club member in good standing.
- How do I obtain a letter of introduction?
Simply call our business office at extension 22. We generally prefer three working days advance notice. Members must abide by the rules and regulations of the host club including dress code, smoking or non smoking and conduct policies.
- Do reciprocal clubs require reservations?
Each club has its own policies so it is best if you call ahead so that you know in advance what is expected.
- How do I pay my bill?
Please pay your reciprocal charges at the time they are incurred.
- Can I send someone to a reciprocal club when I am not present?
Only members may utilize the dining and other amenities offered by our reciprocal partners.
